Lighthouse Performance Opportunities
Our Conservatory-style approach to the arts is rooted in giving students a great foundation on which to perform from. Classes are the cornerstone of training, but participating in performances allows that training to have meaning! We seek to offer opportunities big and small through out the year for our students to showcase their dance, drama and vocal skills. December Holiday Production
Each December we will produce a Holiday themed show, rotating through original repertory tailored to our students grades Kindergarten-12th, including drama, dance and vocal opportunities. We look forward to this show becoming a tradition not just for our Lighthouse community, but for the community at large to enjoy during their Holiday season! This year, our December production is titled A Very Merry Christmas Mash!

March Mainstage Production
Our Mainstage show will be a licensed musical and the climax of our performance year. We will rotate through musicals fun and exciting for our student population to participate in, with opportunities for ensemble and lead roles for our 2nd-12th grade students. This year’s Mainstage will be announced soon!

May Showcase
May Showcase will be a revue style show and include dance routines for all Lighthouse dance students, straight-play scenes, and opportunity for vocal students to be showcased. Older students will have the opportunity to present their own original work (potentially in all areas). Our Showcase will be for students of all ages including our 3-4 year olds!
The Lighthouse Dance Company is for dedicated dancers wanting as many performance opportunities as possible in the realm of dance. The Company will have featured ensemble dance numbers in all productions and showcases, perform at events and festivals in town, and participate in 3 dance competitions a year (April-May). Company members may also have opportunities to perform solo and duo/trio routines as well as opportunities to choreograph for others. Company will perform Ballet, Contemporary, Lyrical, and Jazz routines.
The Company is divided into 2 groups: Junior Company and Senior Company. Ages for each Company will be determined by the dancers who are interested in joining.
